8:15      Small Groups meet to Brainstorm Key Issues related to their topic *
9:30      Adjourn

SATURDAY:

8:30AM  Pastries and Coffee
9:00       Small Group Reports: Review and clarification of proposed
             Key Issues
10:00     Group discussion to identify 6-10 overarching Key Issues
10:30     Break into Small Groups - one for each of the overarching
             Key Issues
10:45     Small Groups meet to brainstorm projects to address the Key Issues
              - each chooses 3 projects (highest in potential) to propose to the full
                group *
12:30PM Lunch
1:15       Small Group Reports:Review and clarification of proposed projects
2:00       Vote: Highest Priority Projects
2:45       Review of 3-6 Chosen Projects and Selection of Small Groups
3:00       Break into Small Groups - one for each of the chosen projects
3:15       Small Groups meet to create Project Committees *
4:00       Committee Reports: Name, first meeting date, & contact person
             for each
4:15       Adjourn

*An asterisk indicates a small-group session. The rest of the program takes place with all participants together in a full group.
