The sap is running, the sheep are lambing, and spring is on its way. In this issue we highlight area sugarmakers and how you can obtain their maple products. Maple open house weekend is at the end of March, with many sugarhouses open to the public and giving out free samples. This is an extraordinarily "New England" time of year; be sure to take advantage of it. On another note, many CSA farms have openings left, but they are filling up fast. So don't delay if you want to sign up for a CSA share this year!
