Building off other important local food gatherings that have taken place this past Fall, the Windham County Local Food Summit will be held on Friday, January 15 from 5:00 - 8:30pm at the The River Garden (Intersection of Main and High Streets) in Brattleboro.

This event is hosted by members of the newly initiated Windham Area Food System Collaborative (WAFSC), which includes the Community Food Security Project of Post Oil Solutions, NOFA-VT, and University of Vermont Extension, among others.
