Systems In Sync provides consulting services for educational, nonprofit, and governmental organizations by applying a systems-thinking approach. Systems-thinking involves looking at the whole organization rather than breaking it down into its individual parts. In doing so, organizations can uncover key interrelationships, patterns of behavior, and root causes to develop effective solutions.

Systems In Synch offers services that include strategic planning, organization development, board and leadership development, team building, and community and civic engagement. Mary has worked with schools and education institutions, nonprofit and governmental organizations, and businesses-most of them local to the Upper Valley, Vermont, and New Hampshire. This is a great example of local businesses and organizations supporting each other-and it is all part of what keeps our local economy ticking!
